Characteristics

  1. Cantistater-170 don’t affect the color and fastness of fiber.
  2. Cantistater-170 has excellent compatibility with all kinds of auxiliaries except cationic.
  3. Except Cantistater-170 has slight corrosion to copper, it doesn’t harm any other dyeing machines.
  4. Cantistater-170 doesn’t be affected by temperature.
  5. Cantistater-170 can apply in wide range such as spinning of synthetic fiber, sizing, twist yarn finishing and resin process.
  6. Excellent hand feeling for fabric.
  7. No harm to human body.

 

 

Application

  1. Dilute with 3 to 5 times water in 60℃.
  2. The usage depends on the fiber and the machine.

                for Polyester   0.5 ~ 2.0  % o.w.f.

                for polyamide         3.0 ~ 5.0  % o.w.f.

     Process condition   Padding (1 dip 1 nip )   80% pick up

                Dry                  100℃ × 2 min.

                Cure                180℃ × 30 sec.

  1. Cantistater-170’s appearance and viscosity will be changed by weather.

 

 

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum or190 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
