Cafinish C-82 has been developed as an anti-bacterial and deodorant for all kinds of fiber materials, such as clothing, beddings, decoration materials and industrial materials. It can be used as a durable anti-bacterial deodorant and anti-mite processing.

Characteristics

Cafinish C-82 can stably apply in the pH range 1 to 10.
The durability of Cafinish C-82 depends on the different kinds of fiber types, but the effect is washing durable.
Cafinsh C-82 has excellent anti-bacteria effect in synthetic and natural fiber. Especially, the effect is strong focusing on the staphylococcus aureus.
Cafinish C-82 combining with glyoxal resin and PU resin won’t increase the anti-bacteria effect. It can increase the durability.
Cafinish C-82 has excellent effect for anti-mite process.

Application

The most appropriate amount depends on the type of fiber, process target value and treatment method.

Normal usage and standard are mention below:

Anti-bacteria deodorant：Padding: 2.0 ~ 5.0% liquid（PET-Nylon / Nylon） → Pad → Cure

washing times requirement（L-20），combining with Caresin PU-8501：0.5 ~ 1% Sol'n

Dipping: 2.0 ~ 5.0% o.w.f.（40 ~ 60℃ × 20 ~ 30 min）（Cotton / T/C）

Spray: 2.0 ~ 5.0% o.w.f.（adhesion） Spray → Dry

Anti-mite processing：Padding 3.0 ~ 5.0% liquid → Pad → Cure

washing times requirement（L-20），combining with Caresin PU-8501：0.5 ~ 1% Sol'n

Packing and storage

Net in 20kg or 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
