Product Summary

Cadisper-196B series of product is a dispersing agent which can apply in dyes and auxiliaries while sodium naturism based dispersing agent is used in water based painting. The average molecular weight of sodium natrium based dispersing agent is lower than Cadisper-196B so natrium based dispersing agent has better heat resistance, better hydrophilic ability less foam. If compared with sodium lingosulfonate type dispersant, Cadisper-196B has better heat resistance, slightly less hydrophilic ability, no resurgence and almost no foam.

Properties

Cadisper-196B can stand acid、alkali、inorganic salts、hard water、electrolytes and high temperature.
Low foam and no resurgence.
Cadisper-196B won’t pollute cotton and linen, but it can apply in protein fiber as retarding agent and wetting agent.
Excellent dispersing effect.

Application

1.During grinding and mixing dyes process, the usage is 50%～200%.

2.During dyeing, the usage is 15～20%.

Normal suggestion：

A.Dispersing dye…………………0.3 ~ 0.5 g/L

B.Shilin dye………………………1.0 ~ 1.5 g/L

C.Naphthol dye………………...…1.0 ~ 2.0 g/L

D.Acid dye……………………..…0.2 ~ 0.4 g/L

Packing and storage

Net in 25 kg in paper bag. Storage time 6 months,
