Characteristics

  1. Cafix A-38 can apply in all kinds of dyeing machine and continuous fixing machine.
  2. Cafix A-38 doesn’t contain sulfuric acid, so it won’t erode the cylinder wall and gum gasket in the process. It also don’t have stink odor of sulfuric acid and formaldehyde.
  3. Cafix A-38 can increase color fastness in acid dyes for washing fastness.
  4. Low yellowing and no shade change in sensitive color, such as water blue, turquoise blue and other low color.
  5. After fixing process, it won’t affect hand feeling and water absorbency. It can increase the effect of water and oil repellent, quick absorbing and dry, softener lubricant and resin.
  6. Do not contain hazardous substance and heavy metals which conforms the infant criteria and formaldehyde conform adult garment criteria.

 

 

Application

Add Cafix A-38 in the water, adjust pH5.0 to 6.0 by glacial acetic acid, pour in the bath, make

pH 4.0 to 4.5 and processing 20～30 mins in 60 ~ 80℃ before washing.

  1. Processing in dyeing machine the usage is around 1 to 2% o.w.f（Depends on the dyes fastness and fabric.）
  2. The usage in continuous fixing machine and continuous dyeing machine is around 3～4g/L.

  

Precautions

  1. The best temperature for Cafix A-38 in the bath is 80℃ and the best pH value is 4.0 slowly adjusting by glacial acetic acid.
  2. Dilute before using. Before applying Cafix A-38, you should prevent it from high concentration of other liquid.
  3. If you add pH buffer AS-N in the dyeing bath, it will has better effect.
  4. Do not add high concentration of Cafix A-38 in the dyeing bath. It will cause neutralization rapidly and lead to fixing spot. First, add in pH5.0 ~ 6.0 liquid. Second, add in pH4.0～4.5 dyeing bath.
  5. If you processing in low temperature（5℃ below）, add 40℃ warm water for full dilution. Then, add in the dyeing machine.
  6. If you leveling agent for dyeing is nonionic /cationic, you need to washing completely or it will cause fixing spot on the fabric.

  

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
