Characteristics

  1. Cafix A-17 has low shade change, excellent wet and water fastness.
  2. Cafix A-17 is liquid form which can save labor cost and time.
  3. Cafix A-17 is formaldehyde free.

 

Application

  1. Dipping：

        Usage：1 ~ 5% o.w.f.

        Production method：Bath ratio 1：5 ~ 30， 20 ~ 60℃ × 20 ~ 30mins

  1. Padding：

       Add fabric in 5~25g/L liquid. Pick up=60~80%  

       For example, add fabric in 25g/L liquid and  pick up=80%, so normal usage is 2% o.w.f.。

        Dry 100℃ and setting for 130 ~ 150℃

        ※ When you apply in dipping and padding method, we suggest you set the temperature around 50~60℃ for better effect.

 

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place
