Cafix A-10 is a cationic polymer which has excellent effect of wet fastness in direct dyes’ cotton and Rayon, and it also has very small impact on the shade. The usage of Cafix A-10 equal normal powder form fixing agent, so it’s very economic and easy soluble in water than powder form one.

Characteristics

  1. Cafix A-10 has excellent fixing effect in padding, dyeing and printing process.
  2. The finished fabric can only add Cafix A-10 without other auxiliaries. It’s very economic.
  1. Cafix A-10 does not only increase it’s washing fastness but also increase its rubbing fastness, heat fastness and perspiration fastness.

 

 

Application

 

  1. Padding process

        Normal usage is 5 ~ 30 g/L. Usage depends on the fabric color deep or light.

 

  1. Dyeing process

        Usage：light 0.5% ~ 1.0%、middle1.0% ~ 2.0%、Dark 2.0% ~ 3.0%（o.w.f.）

        Process：Ratio 1：20 ~ 30、50℃ ~ 60℃ × 20 ~ 30 min washing

 

  1. Printing process

        Normal usage is 10 g/L ~ 20 g/L Usage depends on the Printing fabric color deep or light.

 

 

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place
