Cafix A-13 is an excellent fixing agent or direct and reactive dyes. It is not only a fastness enhancement of direct and reactive dyes but also can increase the wet rubbing fastness, washing fastness, perspiration, chlorine fastness and light fastness.

Characteristics

Cafix A-13 is an excellent fixing agent which can enhance the fixing effect in directive and reactive dyes.
Cafix A-13 is liquid form which is easier to apply in the fixing process than powder form.
CafixA-13 is formaldehyde free.

Application

Dipping process：

Usage：1 ~ 5% o.w.f.

Process：Bath ratio 1：5 ~ 30， 20 ~ 60℃ × 20 ~ 30min

Padding process：

Add 5~25g/L and pick up=60~80%→padding→dry.

For example: Add 25g/L and pick up=80%→padding→dry. The normal usage is 2% o.w.f.。

Dry 100℃ Padding 130 ~ 150℃

※ Please keep the temperature between 50 ~ 60℃ in Dipping and Padding method.

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place
