Castripper E-39 is wide application in textile, paper, painting and leather field as decolorant agent. Especially, for textile field, the dye pollution is very severe, so the waste water treatment is a important part. At first, people use bleaching for decolorant agent. It cause more pollution to deal with the second pollution of chloride. Now, with eh advent of Castripper E-39, we can apply with PAC and Polymer to deal with all kinds of waste water to save the energy and be more economic friendly.

Characteristics

(1) It is the most economical way to bleaching the waste water which use chemical to coagulate.

(2) With different dyes usage, we can make the decolorant effect to 90% by adjusting the pH value and adding flocculants.

(3) By adding flocculants PAC, you can only reach 55% bleaching effect, but combining with small amount of decolorant agent, you can reach 95% up effect.

(4) By adding decolorant agent and flocculants PAC, you can simultaneously reduce the COD, BOD and SS.

(5) It can reduce the amount of sludge and the disposal cost of sludge.

Packing and storage

Net in 150 kg in PE drum. Storage time 4 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
