Characteristics

  1. Low foam and suitable for RAPID dyeing machine.
  2. Excellent dispersing effect. It can solve the agglutination of disperse dyes in 100℃ ~ 135℃.
  3. Excellent leveling effect, lower dyeing spot and dyeing problems.
  4. Excellent wetting effect.
  5. Excellent compatibility with other auxiliaries, acid, alkali and hard water.
  6. Calever-140 contains fatty ester activator which can increase softness and anti-creasing effect.
  7. Calever-140 can prevent from forming OLIGOMER.
  8. Calever-140 can also add in the reduction cleaning process with alkali to increase any kinds of fastness.
  9. Calever-140 is environmental-friendly for wastewater discharge.

Application

  1. The usage depends on the fabric types, dyeing machine and dyes.

         Dyeing：0.3 ~ 0.5 g/L Color modifier：0.5 ~ 1.0 g/L  Temp：130 ~ 135 ℃ × 15 ~ 60min.

         Reduction cleaning：1.0 ~ 2.0 g/L                                Temp：  80 ~   90     ℃ × 10 ~ 20min.

  1. After Diluting with cold or warm water, pour in the bath.
  2. The viscosity is high in winter and low in summer. It’s normal chemical properties.

 

 

 

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum or 200kg in drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
