Product Summary
High temperature dispersing leveling agent, Calever-142 has excellent retarding, dispersing, wetting, leveling, low foaming effect for polyester fiber in yearn dyeing. It’s very stable in the dyeing bath, low achromatic phenomenon, and good dyeing reproducibility.

Characteristics
- Calever-142 is low foam products.
- Calever-142 can not only use in yarn dyeing machine, but also other high temperature dyeing machine. It’s very economic that the dosage can reduce to half.
- Calever-142’s compatibility with dyes is excellent which can prevent dyes from TARRING in the high temperature and high pressure.
- Calever-142 has excellent scouring effect which can combine in the scouring and dyeing one bath to save process time and increase production.
Application
- Dyeing：0.2 ~ 1.0 g/L
- Color remanding agent：1.0 ~ 2.0 g/L
Temperature： 130℃ ~ 135℃ × 15～60 min.（The dosage depends on the dipping time.）
Packing and storage
Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
