High Temperature Dispersing Leveling Agent Calever-148
Product Summary
High temperature dispersing leveling agent, Calever-148 has excellent retarding, dispersing, wetting, leveling, low foaming effect for polyester fiber in yearn dyeing. It’s very stable in the dyeing bath, low achromatic phenomenon, and good dyeing reproducibility.

Characteristics
- Calever-148 is low foam products.
- Calever-148 can not only use in yarn dyeing machine, but also other high temperature dyeing machine. It’s very economic that the dosage can reduce to half.
- Calever-148 has good retarding effect which can prevent dyes from gather together in the initial step and has excellent leveling effect during the temperature rising. It won’t block the absorption of dyes in the final step which makes excellent dyeing reproducibility and achromatic effect.
- Calever-148 has excellent dispersing effect which prevent from the dyeing spot.
- Calever-148 is suitable for direct and reactive dyes for T/C blends which don’t cause shade change and dyeing problems.
Application
- Yarn dyeing machine：0.2 ~ 1.0 g/L
- Normal dyeing machine：0.5 g/L
- Color remanding：1.0 ~ 2.0 g/L
Temperature：130℃ ~ 135℃ × 15 ~ 60 min.（The dosage depends on the dipping time.）
Packing and storage
Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
