Characteristics

  1. Calever-540 mainly applies in cotton, linen, rayon and its blends with direct dyes, reactive dyes and shilin dyes.
  2. Excellent leveling effect, and it can avoid dyeing agglutination.
  3. Calever-540 has strong wetting effect to make the dyes into inner fiber and increase the fastness of dyes.
  4. Calever-540 has Strong washing and dispersing power which can avoid double pollution on the fiber.
  5. Excellent lubricant effect in rope dyeing machine.
  6. Excellent acid, alkali and hard water resistance.
  7. Calever-540 has excellent effect in continuous scouring, bleaching and dyeing process.
  8. It is eco-friendly. The discharge waste water is easy to be decomposition.

 

Application

  1. Padding machine  ：     2 ~ 5 g/L
  2. Pad dyeing—baking ：          1 ~ 3 g/L
  3. Dyeing bath               ：     2 ~ 5 g/L
  4. The usage in light color is more while in the dark color is less.

 

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
