Characteristics
- Calever-442 has excellent leveling and retarding effect which can be used as decolorant agent.
- Calever-442 has excellent effect for the dyes which contain 1:2 gold. It doesn’t contain any substances which will be reacted with gold, so it won’t has shade change.
- Celever-442 has excellent vivid color effect and hand feeling while applying in the wool due to its excellent wetting effect.
- Calever-442 has high class fatty esters, so after dyeing, the fiber will be softer and more lubricant than normal leveling agent.
- Calever-442 can not only endure acid, alkali and hard water but also has excellent dispersing effect and anti-staining effect.
- Calever-442 is environmental friendly for waste water treatment.
Application
Normal dyeing condition：1.0 ~ 2.0 % o.w.f.
Dyeing color remanding ：2.0 ~ 4.0 % o.w.f.
Reduction cleaning ：0.5 ~ 2.0 g/L
Packing and storage
Net in 120 kg in PE drum or 200kg in drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
