Sizing Agent Casize SA-1000

Product Summary

Casize SA-1000 can make the warp yarn rich in elastic and rigid film and produce appropriate moisture absorption, and increase the strength and elongation of the warp. It can also reduce the warp broke and improve the efficiency of weaving purposes. Casize SA-1000 is the best slurry for general cotton fiber and hydrophobic synthetic fibers and their blends.

Characteristics

  1. Casize SA-1000 can form a soft, strong and elastic dry membrance.
  2. Casize SA-1000 is easy to desize and cold water soluble with excellent wetting ability.
  3. Casize SA-1000 won’t form crystal during heating.
  4. Casize SA-1000 is stable in oxidation heating. Do not affect by the air, sun and hydrochloric acid to discoloration and fade.
  5. Casize SA-1000 has strong cohssion, adequate absorption and prevent static.
  6. Casize SA-1000 can prevent PVA from leather rose, paste stain which can be applied in slowand rapid sizing machine.
  7. Non-corrosive. Do not damage mechanical equipment.

 

 

Application

The dosage depends on the fabric types. Normal dosage is 2.0~4.0% of slurry.

 

Packing and storage

Net in 125 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place
