Traditionally, after high temperature dyeing of T-side of CVC、T/C、T/R, we will apply in sodium hydrosulfite reduction and alkali cleaning to enhance the T-side washing fastness. However, the washing and cleaning process don’t do completely, so the rest of sodium hydrosulfite on the fabric and alkali and acid value will cause C-side dyeing unevenly. You cannot only avoid above-mention troubles but also keep the deposit water in the neutral pH value with our products Cadeter-223A (powder) .

Characteristics

  1. Synthetic fiber can use acid reduction cleaning which can save one washing process.
  2. Do not harm OP、Jincong and nylon. Excellent effect in T/OP fiber.
  3. Maintain acid pH value on the fabric. Conform to the brand company, such as GAP.
  4. Dye evenly double and single brush.
  5. Prevent uneven dyeing and save work time and water.
  6. Strong effect in removing uneven dye in polyester, wool, natural silk and cellulose fibers.
  7. Cadeter-223A can replace alkali reduction cleaning, save water and reduce waste water.
  8. Cadeter-223A is 85% microbial decomposition, so it can reduce the COD value in waste water.

 

Application

  1. Reduction cleaning： Cadeter-223A  0.3 ~ 0.5 %   （Best pH range 4.0 ~ 4.5）

                                                HAC  0.5 g/L，85℃ × 20 min

  1. Stripping color： Cadeter-223A  2.0 ~ 4.0 g/L （Nylon、Acrylic、Rayon、Cotton）

                                                HAC  1.0 g/L，98℃ × 30 min

 

Packing and storage

Net in 25 kg in carton. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
