Characteristic

1.Neoscour BRDC is very good soaping agent for T/C & T/R it blend in dyeing and printing process. It can remove the disperse dyestuff stain on cellulous fiber and very good soaping effect for reactive & direct dyestuff.

2.Neoscour BRDC can improve any kinds fastness.

3.Neoscour BRDC excellent to prevent dyestuff stain again, so it can give fabric looks like brighten.

4.Neoscour BRDC is stable to use combine with fixing agent, so you don’t worry about fixing spot.

 

Application

Neoscour BRDC most appropriate using amount is depends on the fabric、dyestuff、soaping, in general we suggest 1~3g/L.

 

Example

  • Polyester／Cotton（Disperse／Direct）

Soaping for one bath two step dyeing process

dyeing → hot rinse、 cold rinse → soaping → hot rinse、 cold rinse

Neoscour BRDC：3~5 g/L    40~50℃﹡20min

 

 

  • Polyester／Cotton（Disperse／Reactive）

 Soaping for knitting fabric

   soaping   →  rinse   →   soaping   → rinse

Packing and Storage

Net 120kgs PE drum. Storage-time 6 months

(we suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.)
