Characteristics

7. It has specail hydrophilic group to increase the anti-statistic effect.

8. Excellent lubricant in polyester sewing, pilling and leveling effect in dyeing.

 

Dilution method (Base on solid content 15%)

1. Add 80℃hot water in the dilution tank. Then, add the Casofter-258Flake, keep the temperature in 70~80℃ and rapidly stirring up until completely dissolved and dispersed in 30~60 mins. Do not let the temperature over 80℃.

2. Open cooling system. Add 0.1% Cafinish W-15 under the temperature 40℃ and stir up for 10 mins.

 

Packing and storage

Net in 25 kg in plastic bag. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
