Characteristics

  1. Acid, alkali(pH 3.0～9.0), hard water durable and excellent anti-static effect. The effect will be better in the weak acid liquid (pH5～6).
  2. Caosfter-150ACW can be applied after dyeing soft processing or finishing works, either alone or with a variety of resins and used (except anionic resin).
  3. If you want to apply in after the yarn dyeing, please dilute it to 10% solution and make sure it emulsified well to prevent the uneven for the yarn dyeing.

 

Dilution method：( 10 % solution )

  1. Stir up to the completely dissolve in the speed（60 ~ 120 rpm）for 15-30 minutes.

         (1) Casofter-150ACW          10kgs              (2) 80℃ soft water and ionic water        90kgs

  1. After cool down, keep stir up till the temperature drop to 40℃.

        Add Preservative W-15：0.1 % stir up⟹ filter ⟹ seal and pack

 

Application

  1. Padding：

        Casofter-150ACW (10%) 20 ~ 40 g/L ⟹ per-dry 100℃ ⟹ set 150 ~ 170℃ × 60 ~ 90 sec.

  1. Dipping：

        Casofter-150ACW (10%) 3 ~ 5(o.w.f.) Bath ratio：1：10   50 ~ 60℃ × 20 min. ⟹ pre-dry

 

Packing and storage

Net in 25 kg / PP bag. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
