Characteristics
- 1. Casofter-150ESA can combine with other auxiliaries with resin, softener and no yellowing issue.
- 2. Casofter-150ESA is easy and rapid cold water soluble to save cost and energy.
- Casofter-150 ESA（10%）liquid is very excellent to apply in any process and yarn dyeing process as lubricant and softener with good wetting effect.
Application
- Put Casofter-150 ESA in the cold water for 30 ~ 60 minutes to dissolve and stir up evenly.If you use hot water, only add Caosfter-150ESA in the 50 ~ 60℃ hot water and stir up for 3 ~ 5 minutes.
- Normally, we suggest you use in the 10% solution.
- Padding：Casofter-150ESA（10%）20 ~ 40 g/L
Pre-dry 100 ℃ ⟹ Setting 130 ~ 150 ℃ × 90 ~ 150 sec.
Dipping：Casofter-150ESA（10%）3 ~ 5% o.w.f.（Bath ratio：1：10 ~ 20）
Temp：50 ~ 60℃ × 20 min. ⟹ Pre-dry 100 ~ 120℃
Packing and storage
Net in 25 kg / water repellent PP bag. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
