Characteristics

  1. The particles of Calubriter-168 is small enough that the wetting effect is excellent, so it can apply in yarn dyeing.
  2. Calubriter-168 has excellent lubricant and soft hand feeling effect for the fabric.
  3. Calubriter-168 applying in T//C, A/C and A/W won’t cause yellowing and oil burning.
  4. Calubriter-168 does not only have lubricant and soft hand feeling effect but also has anti-static effect.

 

 

Application

  1. T/C blends    ：2.0 ~ 3.0 % o.w.f.       60℃ x 20 ~ 30 min.
  1. A/C blends    ：2.0 ~ 3.5 % o.w.f.      50℃ x 20 ~ 30 min.
  2. A/W blends   ：2.0 ~ 3.0 % o.w.f.      40℃ x 20 ~ 30 min.
  3. 100% synthetic fiber ：2.0 ~ 3.0 % o.w.f.      60℃ x 20 ~ 30 min.
  4. 100% cotton and linen ：3.0 ~ 4.5 % o.w.f.      50℃ x 20 ~ 30 min.

NOTE

        The above-mentioned usage is for reference. Please have a lab test before production.

 

 

Packing and storage

Net in 120 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
