Thickener for paint and printing, Caprint-PF is an acrylic copolymer resin which can apply in all kinds of water-based resin and printing process. Caprint-PF can be paste rapidly and provide smooth printing pattern and vivid color.

Application

The average viscosity of water and Caprint-PF is around 40,000 ~ 50,000 cps.
Add adhesives and pigment. Stir evenly and adjust viscosity to 24,000 cps for printing paste or for your own requirement and process.
Dry condition：130℃ × 3 min. or 150℃ × 1 min.

(4) Adhesives …………… 3.0 %中亞

Packing and storage

Net in 20 kg in PE drum or 130 kg in PE drum. Storage time 6 months,We suggest keep goods in cool and dry place.
